The Board of Directors is the decision-making body of significant development matters of the Center, and it is to revise the regulations of the Center; examine the medium and long term development planning of the Center; examine the annual work report and annual work plan of Center Director; examine the open projects of the Center; establish the administrative rules and regulations of the Center; determine to absorb the new higher education institutions into the Center; determine other significant matters that must be determined by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors comprises fifteen persons, including five persons appointed by the leading unit, Hubei University of Economics, and 1 person appointed by other cooperative units respectively.
